In this episode I'm talking to Lucy Power about self-belief, confidence and how to deal with rejection.

When one door closes you are dealing with a form of grief. I describe it as a really bad break up. If you have been made redundant not only is it a shock, but your self chatter kicks in and your internal voice starts getting loud, and suddenly your self-belief is in question. So as well as that to process, you start to look forward, applying for jobs, if you've started something new getting new clients, and rejection becomes a theme.
