How they handle the new chapter, how they set themselves up for success, it all comes down to somebody understanding their change story.

They need time and space to think, process, reset.

Our Five Steps to Reboarding is designed to support people to reset their thinking, work through anticipated challenges, feel ready to comeback to work.

It can be daunting returning to work, whatever the reason. When someone has had change in their life which has meant they have left the workplace for a while, it can be an equal pressure to return.

We use our change methodology to support people to return ready.

Returning to work can be a positive experience given the right support, but there are still the same things we work through in any change situation. And the worry, the fear, the anxiety can over take the good news of the return.

Our experience acknowledges the changes in their life, the emotions, the mindset shift it takes be get yourself ready for more change. We use the five steps as a framework to create quality thinking space.

That’s where the Reboarding experience steps in.

What people say about us

“Earlier this year the business informed us that they would be closing down. I had never been made redundant before and nor had the majority of my colleagues. It was a very difficult and emotional time for us all, but we were lucky enough that the business wanted to make sure we had all the support we needed to get us through the process - that’s where Eleanor and Amanda’s workshop came in. They delivered sessions to all staff over the course of a week and a half and the feedback from staff was absolutely fantastic!!”

“Eleanor and Amanda made us feel at ease talking about how we felt and how to approach our worries and challenges moving forward. They made us see the positives around redundancy and that the feelings we were having were not unusual and we were not alone. They built up our confidence, there were tears but also a lot of laughs!”

“The support and advice that Another Door gave us was golden, not just within the sessions, but the online support network they offer after the sessions had finished was so helpful too.”

“I would urge any company that is issuing redundancies to bring in Eleanor and Amanda to help support their staff. They turned what could have been a very lonely and uncomfortable time, into a truly inspiring and supportive end to my time at in my role.”

“Amanda & Eleanor attended my workplace recently after being told by my employers that they had decided to close the business, thus activating mass redundancy for 100+ employees.  I was a little apprehensive about attending a workshop of this nature as I had the misconception that I had probably 'heard it' all before but I was pleasantly surprised at how they delivered engaging content through a relaxed, yet professional manner. They were both so supportive and offered great advice on how to gain that all important confidence back that I would need as I entered the daunting job market again. “

“I know the workshops were really well received at my company, and the fact that a lot of people who attended them are much better off is a testament to them both. For those reasons, I would have no hesitation in recommending this workshop to others who are going through the unfortunate situation of redundancy.”
