Welcome to Another Door

The Space In-Between

“When one door closes another door opens, but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.” - Alexander Graham Bell

When a door closes, there is a space in-between, when you wonder what to do next. When you create space to think, to have hope, to develop ideas… the next door you open can be the best thing that happened for you. You just need to create the space in-between.

Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Eleanor and I’m on a mission to make it OK to be made redundant, to make it ok to lose your job, to make it an opportunity, a life changing event that you can look back on and say ‘ that was the best thing that happened’.

Redundancy doesn’t have to be painful.

It can be hard, it can be emotional, it can be a time of discovery. With the right support around you, you might even enjoy yourself.

I’ve been made redundant twice. I’ve also made people redundant. I understand how it feels. And I want to change it for you. I’ve created this online community for you. So join in, meet like minded people, support each other, open up to new possibilities, be encouraged to take action. It’s a safe place to think. Whether you go on to get a new job, go freelance, go travelling or start something new, we’ll help you make that that decision and go for it.

It’s great to have you here!
