Patrice is a multi-award winning professional. She carved out her leadership skills in senior positions at British Airways, Royal Mail and Virgin Atlantic. Pivoting from Commercial Finance into Commercial Partnerships leading the largest Airline Joint Venture across the transatlantic.

Recognising that people are the heart of all organisations she trained as an executive coach and has built Eminere to specialise in Executive Coaching, Group Coaching, Reverse Mentoring programmes and Diversity and Equity programmes.

She has always had a curiosity about people, their motivations, and why they do what they do. The psychology of self- development has been a constant thread in her life.

Her book entitled “Reverse Mentoring: Removing barriers and building belonging in the workplace” was published by Hachette US & Little Brown Book in November 2022.
